Once a year, day and night meet in perfect balance, and a portal closes. On September 23rd, we gather at Nāda Sound Lab to mark that exact threshold with a sound bath. We decided to open our studio for bigger sessions this season, only 8 spots for this one.

About the event
As the equinox settles the light back into darkness, this session is designed to help you do the same, release what the brighter half of the year stirred up, and settle into the slower, inward rhythm of autumn.
Expect layered gongs, singing bowls, and resonant frequencies held in a space built for deep stillness.
No experience needed, just come ready to lie down, breathe, and let the sound do the rest.
